- Email and communication tools setup
- Logo design and digital branding
- Business consulting and digital strategy guidance
Specific services included in each package are described on our website. Additional services may be available à la carte.
Important: Help Me Pro is a business services company. We are not a law firm, accounting firm, or tax advisor. We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. For such advice, please consult a licensed professional.
3. Client Responsibilities
To enable us to deliver our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times
- Respond to our requests for information in a timely manner
- Provide valid identification documents when required (e.g., for LLC filings)
- Review documents we prepare on your behalf before submission
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform terms of service
- Pay all required state filing fees and third-party costs
- Maintain ownership and security of accounts created on your behalf (passwords, recovery emails, etc.)
Delays caused by failure to provide required information or documents may impact service delivery timelines and are not the responsibility of Help Me Pro.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
All service prices are listed on our website. Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change at any time. The price quoted at the time of purchase is the binding price for that order.
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept payment via methods communicated at the time of purchase, which may include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, Cash App, Zelle, or other approved payment processors.
4.3 Payment Schedule
- Service fees: Full payment is generally required upfront before services begin, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Custom projects: May require a 50% deposit upfront with the balance due upon completion.
- State filing fees and third-party fees: Are not included in our service fees and must be paid separately (see Section 7).
4.4 Late Payments
Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension, cancellation, or delays. We reserve the right to charge interest or collection fees on overdue accounts.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
5.1 Before Work Begins
If you cancel your order before we have begun processing your services, you may request a full refund minus any non-recoverable third-party fees already paid (e.g., state filing fees, domain registration).
5.2 After Work Begins
Once work has commenced, refunds are issued at our discretion based on the percentage of work completed:
- Less than 25% of work completed: 75% refund of service fees
- 25–50% of work completed: 50% refund of service fees
- More than 50% of work completed: No refund
5.3 Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- State filing fees paid to government agencies
- Domain name registration fees
- Third-party software subscriptions or service fees
- Completed and delivered design work (logos, websites, etc.)
- Services that have been fully rendered
5.4 Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to helpmepro62@gmail.com. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
6. Service Timelines
We strive to deliver services within the timeframes indicated at purchase or in our communications. However, timelines depend on factors outside our control, including:
- Government agency processing times (state filings, IRS EIN approvals)
- Client responsiveness and provision of required information
- Third-party platform availability
- Holidays and weekends
All timelines provided are estimates and not guarantees. Help Me Pro is not liable for delays caused by external factors.
7. Third-Party Fees
Our service fees do not include fees charged by third parties, such as:
- State filing fees: Vary by state ($50–$500+) for LLC, Corporation, or DBA filings
- Domain registration: Typically $10–$50 per year
- Web hosting: Varies by provider and plan
- Email hosting: Varies by provider (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365)
- Annual report fees: Required by most states for ongoing LLC compliance
- Registered agent fees: If applicable
You are solely responsible for paying these fees directly to the respective third parties or government agencies.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Your Content
You retain all rights to content you provide to us (logos, business information, photos, etc.). By providing content to us, you grant us a limited license to use, modify, and reproduce it solely for the purpose of delivering our services to you.
8.2 Our Work Product
Upon full payment, you own the deliverables we create specifically for your business (logos, websites, marketing materials, etc.). We retain the right to display this work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
8.3 Our Proprietary Materials
Our website content, branding, methodologies, templates, and proprietary tools remain our exclusive intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them without our express written permission.
9. Disclaimers & Legal Notice
NO LEGAL OR TAX ADVICE: Help Me Pro is not a law firm or tax advisory service. Information provided is for general guidance only and should not be considered legal or tax advice. We strongly recommend consulting a licensed attorney or CPA for matters specific to your business.
9.1 Service Quality
We provide services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties regarding:
- The success of your business after our services are rendered
- Approval of LLC filings (subject to state acceptance)
- Approval of EIN applications (subject to IRS review)
- Search engine rankings, social media reach, or marketing results
- Continued availability of third-party platforms (Facebook, Google, etc.)
9.2 Government Filings
While we prepare and submit documents accurately, we cannot guarantee government agency approval. Rejections due to errors in client-provided information are not our responsibility.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
- We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party services, government delays, platform changes, or events beyond our reasonable control.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Help Me Pro, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

- Your violation of any law or third-party rights
- Your business activities or decisions

- Payment is not received as agreed
- Continuing the relationship would expose us to legal or reputational risk
You may terminate services at any time, subject to our refund policy (Section 5).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us directly. We are committed to working in good faith to resolve issues amicably.
13.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
